Now for the first time you can stay at the Wilcox’s Roost, Lincoln City’s best kept secret. Located in a private lagoon on Devils Lake, this beautiful 1,510 sq. ft., 3 bedroom, 2 bath home accommodates 8 people. The home is just a block off the beach, a 2 minute walk, so you can experience the best of both worlds. Bring your boat, water skis, and/or canoes and tie up to your own dock, then take a cruise on Devils Lake. When you get tired of that, head to the beach and all the flat sand and ocean surf you can ever want. Ask about bring your small well behaved pet.

| A magnificent deck will be yours to enjoy. At the other end of this deck is a fire pit. Remember to bring your boat. The dock is a floating dock, so watch your step. There are cleats for tying up your water crafts.

The weather on this lagoon is generally 10 to 20 degrees warmer than the weather on the ocean. So the deck is perfect for sun bathing. When it is windy on the beach, you will find it comfortable here. |

When you first enter this
lovely home you are greeted by the warm open space and beautiful decor. A
perfect place to call home for awhile.
You have a gas fireplace to enjoy and a large screen digital cable TV and DVD. There are 2 glass French doors leading to the patio. One in the living room, one in the dining room. |

Here is a peek of the kitchen
in relationship to the living room. This pictures looks back to the front
door. The dining room table can seat 6-8 people and makes up the other end of the large room. Internet access is also available. The open air design of this room makes it easy to be part of the family whether you are in the living room, dining or preparing food in the kitchen. |

The picture at the top left
shows the dining room table and the kitchen island. Now for the nice kitchen, featuring all the amenities you would want to make your stay complete, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, gas cooking stove, side by side frig, etc. Enjoy the large island, with plenty of room to create your favorite dish. The island can seat 3 people. You will find the washer and dryer in the garage. And another frig for your convenience. |

| Down the hall from the kitchen are the bedrooms and bathrooms.

This is the 1st full bath with a tub shower. |

This bedroom is the guest suite with a
queen bed and flat screen TV. The above bath is just across the hall.

At the end of the hall is the master bedroom with a queen bed. Notice the door that can go out onto the deck. The picture above to the right is the other side of the master bedroom. The TV has a VCR and DVD player.

| Across the hall from the master bedroom is the second full bath with tub- shower combo.

The 3rd bedroom has 4 twins (double bunk beds) , a TV with a VCR. |

In the garage is the washer and dryer and
for your convenience, another
frig.
The Barbeque is stored in here and so are the deck chairs. Please return both to the garage before you leave the home at the end of your stay. |

Deck chairs are in the garage ready for use in the summer. The picture, above left is a close up of the fire pit. Please watch the size of the fire as the pit is located close to the home and the windbreak.

| This home has parking for 3
cars only. Please no more then 3 cars as they could be towed away.
Remember if you park in the empty lots beside the house or across the street (both private property) you will be towed away at your expense. Please no smoking or pets. |
