This is one of the most requested homes in Lincoln City. It is has a terrific view and is of course oceanfront.

Boasting 5 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms, sleep 14 people. Also features a hot tub and internet service.

So the next time you are planning to visit Lincoln City enjoy this home and you will be glad you made this your perfect beach get-a-way home for winter storms, whale watching or visit the casino, play golf or just relaxing.

As soon as you enter the home this is your view.

The ocean is right there, you can almost reach out and touch it. The dining table can seat 10.

To the right is a sliding glass door that goes out onto the patio and grassy area. There is a picnic table. Chairs and barbeque is available during the summer. Otherwise they are in the garage.

The well equipped kitchen as you can see is light and open. This is one of the most popular rooms in the home and you will never feel left out working in this kitchen.

Features are a microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee maker. And just about everything else you will never need.

Just pass the kitchen to the left if the living room.

Comfortable seating is featured, a gas burning fireplace and large flat screen TV with DVD. You will find flat screen TV's thought out the home. Wireless Internet is also available.

Also on the first floor is what we call the children’s room. This bedroom has bunk beds, double beds on the bottom and a twin above. Also a large screen TV and DVD. Perfect for games that will keep them entrained for hours.

Also a full bath is located right out the bedroom door.

Pass the stairs to the left of the fireplace on the main floor in the living room is a hallway. This leads to a enclosed closet where the washer / dryer is located. Also a door that goes out to the Hot Tub.

Just beyond is a bedroom to the left , we call our Mimi Suite. There is a queen bed, TV, table and chairs and a dressing area. All of this with a good view.

At the end of the hall is the bedroom that is pictured above to the right. Again a queen bed and TV and DVD . It is small but cozy.

Now up the stairs and to the right is another bedroom we call the Blue Room. The two pictures above is views of this bedroom. It has a queen bed and small sitting area. From the window to the right you have a good view of the ocean.

The above two pictures are of the Master Suite with its king bed, a sitting area, a armoire with a TV, DVD and a fabulous view as you can see.

To the left is the large bath that is shared by the Blue Room bedroom and the Master Suite. This bath has double sinks and a walk in shower. An enclosed toilet.

All towels, sheets and pillow cases are provided.

Also the bedding and plenty of pillows.

There is parking for 5 cars only. No RV’s or boats.
