vacation home is perfect for your next getaway to the beach, renting only
the south side of this home with sleeping for 4 to 6 people. Enjoy a spacious deck and a view from every room. The beach access is less than ½ mile down the street. This
private home will soon become your favorite retreat in Lincoln City. The
home is not suitable for small children as it sits on a cliff. "You might be interested where the name "Nelscott Reef" came from. Out in the ocean about a 1/2 mile or so is a reef that the surfers call the Nelscott Reef and it produces very large waves and wonderful Hawaii type surfing at certain times of the year. | The living, kitchen and
dining area are all one so you will not miss a thing ....
The living room features comfortable seating, satellite TV, VCR and DVD. Also a stereo CD and cassette player. The dining table seats 4. Extra chairs are available. The circular stairs lead to the loft. And of course the fabulous view just outside a wall of windows. Your view is just as good inside the home on a stormy winter day as it is on the deck in the summer time.

| The open air kitchen has
everything you will need and features a coffee maker, microwave and dishwasher.
An island bar makes this kitchen easy to work in and still be part of the
family. Above on the right is a view from the kitchen looking
out over the living room and above to the loft.

| The master bedroom has a queen bed ......so have your morning coffee here, relax and just admirer the view. A sliding glass door is to the left if you want to step outside on the deck. The full bath is in the hallway. . |

bedroom also has a queen bed .......
and it’s own private bath with a tub shower. All sheets and towels are furnished for your convenience.

| Now for the loft
bedroom above left ....... has a double bed, ........ and a view to die for. You will
just have to decide who will get this special room. This room also has
a rocking chair and small chest.
The laundry room is pictured on the right and is available for your convenience. |

On the Left is the view of the south side of the home as seen from the ocean side. You are high on a cliff so the view is more than wonderful,...... again not suitable for small children. On the right is a picture of the view from the street ...... to enter into the south side of the home you need to walk across the deck past the door to the right (which is the laundry room) to the double door entryway ..... where the BBQ grill sits.. So come and enjoy this home. This is a perfect home for adults couples, who want the very best and a fabulous view. Limited parking for 2 cars only. This is a very strict rule as there is no other places to park in the residential area. |
