With the large fenced front yard, a nice patio, and just steps to the beach ...... ... this is the perfect vacation home in the beautiful Nelscott Beach area of Lincoln City.    

Watch the whales,  visit the casino,  play golf or just relax with good book,  this home is a perfect place for you next oceanfront get-a-way.   

This large open living space is ideal, featuring a gas fireplace ... a recliner to relax in and a flat screen TV and wireless internet service. 

In the picture to the right is the living room, it is darker so you can see the will view better.

A fully equipped  kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker completes this large room with all the comforts of home.

As this home is built all on one level with no steps, it is perfect for the person who wants to enjoy the view from the comfort of a recline. 

The master bedroom to the left has a queen bed.  The private bathroom is just to the left. There is also a flat screen TV, DVD  in this room for your pleasure.

This is the second bedroom with a queen bed, the bathroom is to the right.  The bedroom has pocket doors for privacy.  The door on the right of the bed leads into the second part of the home.

To the right is the kitchen and living area with another full bath behind the kitchen.  The kitchen is small but does have a stove, refrigerator, sink, etc.   You will find a washer and dryer in the garage.

Below is a picture looking from the twin beds into the living and kitchen area.  The large sofa makes into a queen sofa bed.  The door to the left of the sofa is the door into the front half of this home 

To the left is a picture of the twin beds that can be closed off with pocket doors.  You can also enjoy TV in this room.

Please bring sheets for 4 queens, and 2 twins. Also bath and beach towels for your party.  All bedding  (blankets and pillows) are provided as are the kitchen towels and cleaning supplies.

The siding glass door open onto a patio.   You will find table and chairs, also a gas BBQ in the garage.

Parking is for 3 cars only, 1 in the garage, 1behind the garage and one in the gate.

Summer begins Memorial weekend and ends October 1st.

Winter rate:

$ 200.00 per night

7th night free.

$100 refundable  damage deposit.    Two night minimum.    3 cars max.

10.5 %  room tax not included.
