All the homes above are either oceanfront or just across the street from the beach. 

Most of the homes are in the same area, on the same street in Lincoln City, making it easy to arrange a family reunion using more than one home.  

The beach access used is shown very clearly in the Marview Suite picture.  To the right of the white fence is a cement ramp to the sand (no stairs).
